Our vision is simple...

REX IS YOUR COMPANION

Our Ethos

Evolve

TrailBlaze

Amplify

REX believes in creators. The equity is proof. They inspired our model. We are the innovators and architects but we learned from watching them. They’ve been the ones driving content creation forward, innovating before platforms gave them the tools, grinding night and day to get paid. We see that work, the dedication, and want to add value. Our model, an investor-backed creator collective, amplifies those individual efforts.

We bring the resources and expert knowledge. Our team is made up of industry leaders in law, capital markets, esports and content creation. Together, we can solve bigger problems, add more value, raise our voices higher. Together, we can build legacy for one another and for those that come after.

Grow with us.

WHAT WE HAVE TO SAY

REX came from my imagination. The model is consensus ad idem — latin for meeting of the minds — between my creator spirit and legal brain.

- Jim Boyle, CEO of REX

After four years of film school, Jim realized he didn’t have the storytelling abilities of his peers. So, he became a securities lawyer, founding partner in a firm, and the primary architect of the Canadian Securities Exchange. REX is his way of getting back to his roots.
