‍Rex Opportunity Corp. ("REX") is pleased to announce it has amended its articles to create a new class of shares to be issued for the purpose of acquiring content as part of its new business strategy.

In connection with the previously announced Plan of Arrangement, a Certificate of Arrangement has been issued under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) (see press releases dated June 24, June 29, September 1, October 16, and November 2, 2020).
